What are your shipping options?

We offer three shipping methods within Canada, one shipping method for international orders. Shipping times vary based on the selected method.

How long does delivery take?

All of our products are custom made: Production is 5-10 business days. Please note production time is in addition to shipping time.

Within Canada: Express shipping takes 14 days or less. Other shipping methods may take longer.

United States Orders: Shipping takes 5-14 days.

International Orders: Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping method, but we aim to deliver as efficiently as possible.

Do you accept returns?

Since our products are made to order, we only accept returns on defective products. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days for assistance.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package’s progress.

Do you offer custom products?

At this time, our products are made to order but not customizable. Each item is crafted with high-quality materials to ensure premium quality and design. If we introduce customization options in the future, we will update our store with the details. Stay tuned!
